The Academy - Strumming Dreams, Sonic Creativity! Are you ready to unleash your inner rockstar?
Our goal is finding the right guitar for you.
Michael Muscat is a complete musician with a deep-rooted passion for the guitar. With over 35 years of experience playing, he breaks convention and brings a wealth of knowledge and offers a personal touch to each of his guitar lessons. His love for the instrument shines through in his vibrant teaching style, inspiring students to reach their full potential and discover the joy of creating music.
This class is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of guitar playing. The approach with each of your guitar lessons are designed to be fun and welcoming. Students will learn how to play basic chords, strumming patterns, and simple songs, as well as gain an understanding of music notation and essential music theory concepts. By the end of the course, students will be able to play several songs and have a solid foundation for furthering their guitar playing skills.
Course will be in person
**No online courses available at this time**
During the first hour of guitar lessons, the primary focus is on establishing a strong foundation for the student's guitar playing journey. The instructor aims to create a comfortable and encouraging environment to make the student feel at ease with the instrument and the learning process
After completing the course I provide private tutoring classes for guitar players who wish to continue their journey and is designed to provide a more personalized instruction to students who want to increase their skills. These guitar lessons are tailored to individual learning styles, goals, and musical preferences. Students will receive one-on-one attention with me as I share my music experiences and techniques in music composition, how to "see" a song on the fretboard, music collaboration and much more. I can also assist in your search for the perfect guitar through my online store.
